I am the Director of G4 Recovery-Support Group Ministries at The Summit Church. In that role I give guidance and leadership to the G4 Recovery-Support Group Ministry. This allows me to use my counseling experience in the context of peer recovery-support groups. My goal in these groups is to provide a safe environment where members learn insights and skills that will allow them to work through their current struggle. Furthermore, our desire is to create a ministry that is able to be replicated at all churches both large and small. We hope that what we are doing here can help serve our church as well as the church universal.
I am a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in Biblical Counseling. Currently working on my Doctorate of Education in Biblical Counseling at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
I have an incredible wife, two wonderful children, and a very high energy Boykin Spaniel. For fun we love to spend our weekends together with family, going to parks, or the lake.
My hope is that as you read this you will hear my heart for loving others and serving them well.
